“What’s Up Now” is created for our past customers including the adventurous pilots, daring divers, long lost neighbors, and our missed captains, owners and crew members from years past that have traveled through Hawk’s Nest.   We wanted to let you know what’s happening NOW with our Hawk’s Nest Family. Feel free to reconnect with us by sending an email to info@hawks-nest.com we would love to hear how your families are doing and what new adventures you have encountered since leaving us! Cheers to all!!!

Hosting Superbowl, Harry with his squares: Billy Bowmans seventy "something" birthday party & Pirates Night with Air Journey's Fly In.  We've been busy! Yahoo!!

Our Animals: Of couse there's Salty Dog, he'll be 12 this year and still awaits my departure from the office every day.  The "Fish Hawk" or Osprey is coming back every year to its original nest.  Here they are feeding the young. It's always a treat to watch them reconstruct the nest and hunt.  And last but not least we now have W2, (Wintston II) a house rooster that wondered down the dirt road and joined the Hawks Nest Family this year.

Here's what a 2am MAYDAY call ends up being. Never a dull day at the NEST. 38ft sailboat running aground and sinking a few hrs later. They tried to enter the channel in the middle of the night during 25knot NW winds.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2010.  We held our annual Junkanoo March from the Marina to the Clubhouse.
